Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients receiving routine gastroscopy diagnosis and treatment; 3. The ASA score is I, II, and III; 4. 18g/m2 < BMI< 30kg/m2; 5. It is estimated that the gastroscope operation time will not exceed 30 minutes; 6. The modified Markov score is level I and level II; 7. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of mental illness, liver and kidney dysfunction, and cerebrovascular accident; 2. Patients who take psychiatric drugs such as Valium, anti-anxiety, alcoholism or drug abuse; 3. Have a history of heart or brain surgery; 4. Patients with language communication, vision or hearing impairment; 5. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, lidocaine and their drug components.
