Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients with medium and high risk of perioperative pulmonary complications (ARISCAT score >= 26 points); 3. There is no abnormality in chest imaging before operation; 4. No mental disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received lung surgery in the past; 2. Patients with COPD, asthma or apnea syndrome; 3. Patients with thoracic and intrathoracic diseases (mediastinal mass, chest tumor, etc.); 4. Patients with with severe neuromuscular diseases; 5. Patients who have used immunosuppressants and hormones in large quantities for a long time.
