Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects of this study were unilateral deafness patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the outpatient department of Otolaryngology Head and Nneck Surgery of Chinese PLA, bilateral deafness patients undergoing unilateral cochlear implantation who received postoperative adjustment of cochlear implantation in the auditory implant center of Otorhinolaryngology Head and neck surgery and normal hearing subjects from 2015 to 2026. The age of the subjects ranged from 6 to 60 years old. All patients voluntarily participated in the study. SSD group: 1. PTA of normal hearing side = 70dB HL; 2. Hearing loss at least 3 years; 3. Aged older than 6 years old; 4. Proficiency in daily communication in Mandarin. (UCI group): 1. Bilateral hearing loss was severe/profound; 2. At least 3 years after unilateral cochlear implantation. (NH group): Normal hearing subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hearing aid use; 2. History of conductive hearing loss; 3. Mental deficiency.
