Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are to receive shoulder arthroscopy; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years, ASA I to II; 3. BMI 18kg/m2 to 28kg/m2; 4. Normal cognitive function; 5. Fully understand the test, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes (systolic blood pressure >= 160mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg, blood glucose >= 15mmol/L); 2. Thyroid dysfunction; 3. OSAHS or epilepsy; 4. Psychotropic or narcotic drug abuse, pregnancy or breastfeeding; 5. Unable to perform brachial plexus nerve block (skin infection, brachial plexus nerve injury); 6. Severe liver or kidney disease, confirmed pulmonary hypertension, heart failure (NYHA > II), coronary heart disease; 7. Abnormal coagulation function; 8. Other conditions in which the patients are not suitable for the clinical trial; 9. Abnormal coagulation function; 10. Other conditions in which the patients were not suitable for the clinical trial.
