Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pulmonary hypertension group entry criteria: in line with the 2018 Chinese Medical Association Pulmonary Vascular Disease Group "Chinese Pulmonary Hypertension Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines", diagnostic criteria: at sea level, at rest, right heart catheter measurement of mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP ) >= 25 mmHg. Entry criteria for healthy control group: complete routine examinations, no history of chronic diseases such as diabetes, chronic bronchitis, and no history of serious heart and lung diseases, tumors, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude severe infections, ischemic heart disease, malignant tumors, liver and kidney diseases, other major diseases, and mental disorders who cannot cooperate.
