18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. ASA I~II; 3. Planed for laser larygologic surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Anticipated surgery duration shorter than 20 min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe upper airway obstruction; 2. known difficult mask ventilation or difficult intubation; 3. skull base fracture or other defects; 4. severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 5. upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks; 6. bronchiectasia or other pulmonary diseases; 7. neuromuscular disorders; 8. obesity with BMI above 35; 9. severe or poorly controlled gastroesophageal reflux disease; 10. pregnancy; 11. allergy to any agent used in the study; 12. patient refuse to participate in the study.
