Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged less than 80-year-old; (2) diagnosis of spinal neoplasm; (3) neurological deficit due to spinal neoplasm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intradural metastases; (2) more than 8 scores in Tomita Score; (3) health too poor to undergo surgery; (4) diagnosis of heart or respiratory failure.
