Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-75 years; Elective surgery for colorectal cancer under general anesthesia; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I/II/III; Be willing to participate in this study and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With infection disease; (2) severe puncture site infection or structure in ultrasound is unclear; (3) history of coagulation dysfunction or hemorrhagic disease; (4) be allergic to local anesthetics (5) psychiatric and neurological disorders (6) severe liver dysfunction (>= child-plugh level 3),or severe renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >= 177µmol/L); (7) history of immune disease or usage of immunosuppressive drugs; (8) have a history of splenic disease and/or splenectomy; (9) with distant organs metastasis.

the dose of propofol and opioids during surgery;intraoperative hemodynamic parameters;VAS scores for rest and movement;the number of compressions of analgesic pump and the dose of rescue analgesics within 48 h after surgery;plasma levels of norepinephrine, adrenaline, cortisol and TNF-a, INF-?, IL-12, IL-4, IL-10;tumor recurrence and metastasis;
