Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inpatients with acute drug-induced liver injury; 2.Liver biopsy; 3.Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 4.Aged 16 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any of the following conditions will not be allowed to participate in the study: 1. Patients with acute liver failure, subacute liver failure, chronic liver failure; 2. have other basic liver diseases except fatty liver; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with primary liver cancer; 5. Patients with other serious systemic diseases and mental illness; 6. HIV-positive people; Patients with hepatitis A, C, D, E virus, cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus; 7. Poor compliance can not guarantee the completion of researchers according to this study program.
