Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Normal singleton pregnant women with ASAI-II scheduled for elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia at 37 weeks and above; (2) Weight 50-100kg, height 150-180cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy or gestational diabetes; (2) Maternal history of asthma; (3) Maternal prenatal exposure to steroids.
