Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients hospitalized in the Department of Neurosurgery of the second hospital of Lanzhou University from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete admission data; 2. Patients without two creatinine results within 7 days; 3. Reoperation patients; 4. Patients with end-stage renal disease or renal insufficiency need RRT before operation; 5. Patients with previous renal transplantation or nephrectomy.
