Gastrointestinal tumor surgery for diabetic patients

Interventions

D1:Load dose 1µg/kg+ maintenance dose 0.25µg/kg/h
D2:Load dose 1µg/kg+ maintenance dose 0.5µg/kg/h
D3:Load dose 1µg/kg+ maintenance dose 0.75µg/kg/h
Control:Pump equal amount of normal saline

30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 30 to 80 years old with body mass index (BMI) of 18.5-35 kg/m2, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor resection; 3. The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I- III; 4. No abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. No bradycardia, hypotension or arrhythmia; 6. No drugs affecting neurological function were used preoperatively. 7. HbA1c ranges from 6% to 9%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated pancreatic disease; 2. Complicated with serious heart, kidney, liver or respiratory diseases; 3. Patients with intraoperative use of glucocorticoids;Patients who received a sugary liquid infusion; 4. Any reason for failure to cooperate with the study, such as personal will of the patient, mental illness, language comprehension disorder, etc.
