Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with esophageal varices who plan to undergo painless gastroscopy treatment; 2. Age over 18 years old, no gender limit; 3. ASA score is I-III grade; 4. Before the test, understand the nature, significance, possible benefits, possible inconveniences and potential dangers of the test in detail, understand the research procedures and voluntarily sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to benzodiazepines, flumazenil, opioids, naloxone, propofol, soybeans, and peanuts; 2. Long-term use or abuse of benzodiazepines and opioids; 3. Patients with myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia, severe depression; 4. People with a history of drug or alcohol abuse in the past two years; 5. Patients with hypotension or shock; 6. Patients under 16 years old; 7. Pregnant women and lactating patients; 8. Those who have a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery; 9. Those who have participated in clinical trials related to remazolam tosylate in the past; 10. Those who are unable to effectively communicate with the researcher or are deemed inappropriate by the researcher.
