Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients hospitalized in the department of gastroenterology for EMR or ESD of colorectal polyps; patients hospitalized in the department of general surgery for CRC; patients hospitalized in the department of gastroenterology for colonoscopy for other reasons; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. To undergo total colonoscopy, endoscopic therapy or surgical operation for the first time; 4. Informed consent of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Familial adenomatous polyposis, inflammatory bowel disease, various intestinal infections and end-stage renal disease were excluded.
