Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients over 60 years old scheduled for elective lumbar spine surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA >= IV, BMI >32kg/?, patients with history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, myasthenia gravis, inability to communicate (coma, deep dementia or language disorder), or preoperative cognitive dysfunction, brain injury or neurosurgery, ischemic cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, peripheral blood vessel or cerebrovascular disease, NSAIDs drug allergy, Patients with severe liver and renal insufficiency (liver cirrhosis, acute and chronic renal failure); severe peptic ulcer, history of gastrointestinal hemorrhage; history of local anesthetic allergy, coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection.
