Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: There are 20 donors 1. Subjects older than 18 years old; 2. The brain death patients who are waiting for organ donation in our department should meet the criteria of 2010 American Academy of Neurology (AAN) for brain death: deep coma, disappearance of brainstem reflex and no spontaneous breathing should be met, and EEG and transcranial Doppler ultrasound should be confirmed twice in a row; 3. Informed consent of patients' family members has been obtained. 20 liver transplant recipients: each donor corresponds to one liver transplant recipient, which is judged by the clinical standard of organ transplantation clinicians. 20-40 cases of renal transplant recipients: each donor corresponds to 1-2 renal transplant recipients, which are judged by the clinical standard of organ transplantation clinicians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Donor exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated pneumonia, syphilis, bacterial or fungal sepsis, bacterial meningitis, parasitic infection, etc; 2. Active infection, such as tuberculosis, endemic mycosis, viremia, viral hepatitis (hepatitis B and hepatitis C require informed consent), etc; 3. HTLV-1 / 2 infection and HIV infection. The exclusion criteria were as follows 1. Subjects who did not agree to keep body fluid samples; 2. Those recipients who were not treated surgically in our hospital.
