Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The data of csvd patients hospitalized in the Department of neurorehabilitation of Tianjin Huanhu hospital since August 2018 are retrospectively analyzed; 2. Csvd patients hospitalized in the Department of neurorehabilitation, Tianjin Huanhu hospital from July 2020 to July 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dementia and Parkinson's disease; 2. Patients with new intracranial hemorrhage; 3. Patients whose life expectancy is less than 6 months; 4. Patients with intracranial space occupying lesions; 5. Subjects who could not complete the evaluation and follow-up; 6. Non csvd related WML (e.g. multiple sclerosis) subjects; 7. Subjects with significant visual or auditory impairment; 8. Subjects with language disorder; 9. Patients with MRI contraindications or claustrophobia did not complete MRI examination.
