Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects younger than or equal to 14 years old; 2. HIV antibody positive subjects were detected by ELISA and confirmed by antibody confirmation test (Western blot); 3. For the subjects who have stopped breastfeeding for more than 6 weeks, the virological test of different blood samples was positive; 4. Subjects who have not received any antiretroviral therapy before and meet the criteria of antiretroviral therapy for HIV positive children / infants in the national Handbook of free antiretroviral drugs; 5. The subjects who voluntarily signed the informed consent can continue to receive follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who could not receive long-term follow-up; 2. Patients with serious mental and neurological diseases; 3. Those subjects who have been using any drugs other than the research plan for a long time, including traditional Chinese medicine; 4. Subjects with acute infection or organ dysfunction of various diseases (patients with recent acute infection but stable condition for more than 14 days can be included in the trial); 5. Subjects that clinicians think are not suitable for this project.
