Experimental group:Povidone-iodine irrigation of oral cavity for 3 minutes were applied as intraoral preparation
Control group:Chlorhexidine gluconate irrigation of oral cavity for 3 minutes were applied as intraoral preparation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male aged 20-40 years; 2. Patients who plan to have impacted teeth extracted or jaw cyst curettage under general anesthesia; 3. Volunteers and participants who have signed the informed consent; 4. Subjects without surgical contraindications; 5. Subjects who have lived in Chongqing for more than two years; 6. Subjects with no history of thyroid disease or use of iodine containing drugs in recent 6 months; 7. Subjects without history of iodine allergy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other systemic diseases at the time of treatment; 2. Patients with oral mucosa damage or lesion; 3. Patients with psychological or mental diseases; 4. Non hospitalized patients undergoing general anesthesia.
