Intervention group:Based on the Internet plus' hospital family linkage whole care model ', the hospital service system of "hospital discharge" was constructed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Methods: Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were newly treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and the Department of tumor radiotherapy of Guangxi Medical University were selected 1. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by histopathology; 2. All patients were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for the first time; 3. Patients over 18 years old; 4. Subjects with primary school education or above; 5. Subjects who have no major mental illness or disturbance of consciousness in the past or at present; 6. Subjects with Internet and smart phones 7. Subjects who have informed consent and are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not complete the chemoradiotherapy plan; 2. Patients with language communication disorder, hearing disorder and non cooperation; 3. Patients who voluntarily withdraw from the study; 4. In the process of intervention and follow-up, the patients who have not logged in or cooperated with the study after three consecutive reminders by the system; 5. Patients whose condition changes and cannot continue to cooperate with the study; 6. Patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
