Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group 1. Patients who meet the gold standard of pemphigus vulgaris and are diagnosed as pemphigus vulgaris; 2. Over 18 years old, regardless of gender; 3. The subjects participated voluntarily, cooperated with relevant examinations and signed the written informed consent. control group 1. Patients who did not meet the gold standard for the diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris and were diagnosed as pemphigus vulgaris, such as pemphigoid, erythema multiforme, etc; 2. Over 18 years old, regardless of gender; 3. The subjects participated voluntarily, cooperated with relevant examinations and signed the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with glucocorticoid for more than 2 months; 2. Patients who could not or refused to scrape off the exfoliated cells; 3. Pregnant women, lactating women and minors; 4. Patients with mental illness or others who cannot cooperate with the trial.
