Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Patients who meet the gold standard of pemphigus vulgaris and are diagnosed as pemphigus vulgaris; 2. Over 18 years old, regardless of gender; 3. The subjects participated voluntarily, cooperated with relevant examinations and signed the written informed consent. control group: 1. Patients who did not meet the gold standard for the diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris and were diagnosed as pemphigus vulgaris: such as pemphigoid, erythema multiforme, etc; 2. Over 18 years old, regardless of gender; 3. The subjects participated voluntarily, cooperated with relevant examinations and signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with glucocorticoid for more than 2 months; 2. Patients who are unable or refuse to take static saliva; 3. Pregnant women, lactating women and minors; 4. Patients with mental disorders or other patients unable to cooperate with the trial.
