Interventions

Experimental Group:Avoid contact with food allergens
Experimental Group:Oral loratadine in the acute phase of suppurative mumps
Experimental and Control Group:Use chlorhexidine gargle to gargle in the acute stage of suppurative mumps
Experimental and Control Group:Use of antibiotics in the acute phase of suppurative mumps
Experimental and Control Group:Use of food acid in the acute phase of suppurative mumps

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who had repeated attacks twice or more in a year; 2. Subjects younger than 14 years old; 3. Subjects with parotid gland swelling, pain, fever and other clinical symptoms; 4. In the subjects with elevated leukocytes (>=10.0 * 10^9 / L), neutrophil count (>= 6.3 * 10^9 / L) and proportion (>= 75%), C-reactive protein (CRP) and serum IgE (>= 0.35kiu / L) were increased.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a clear history of allergic rhinitis or other allergic diseases (except food allergy), 2. Patients with severe allergic reactions (anaphylactic shock).
