Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to the Orthopedic Center of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital for unilateral primary total hip arthroplasty were screened continuously for inclusion in the study. Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects over 18 years old; 2. Subjects from South China; 3. Patients with primary THA due to OA, FNF, ANFH and DDH.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with liver and kidney dysfunction had infection at the operation site; 2. Patients with pathological fracture or osteoporosis history; 3. Subjects with a history of joint replacement or prosthesis implantation or revision; 4. Subjects who received systemic corticosteroid treatment for more than 3 months in the last year before operation; 5. Subjects who refused to participate in the study.
