Age
35 Years to 66 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral primary breast cancer; 2. The size of tumor was in clinical stage I ~ II; 3. All patients were confirmed as breast cancer by puncture before operation; 4. Subjects with no significant abnormal axillary lymph nodes were evaluated by preoperative imaging; 5. Informed consent of patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of axillary surgery on the affected side; 2. Patients who do not agree to accept breast conserving surgery or any anti-tumor treatment or preventive treatment before surgery.
