Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of COPD; 2. Stable patients; 3. Patients with TCM Syndromes of lung qi deficiency, lung spleen qi deficiency, lung kidney qi deficiency and lung Kidney Qi Yin deficiency; 4. Patients over 40 years old and under 80 years old; 5. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with pneumothorax, pleural effusion and pulmonary embolism; 3. Patients with bronchiectasis or active pulmonary tuberculosis; 4. Patients with severe cardiac function grade IV and hemodynamic instability; 5. Patients with bronchiolitis obliterans, diffuse panbronchiolitis; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases (severe liver diseases refer to liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension and variceal bleeding, and severe kidney diseases include dialysis and kidney transplantation); 7. Patients with neuromuscular diseases affecting respiratory and motor functions; 8. Patients with tumor; 9. Patients who are not able to communicate normally, such as patients with unconsciousness, dementia, and various mental diseases; 10. Long term bedridden patients for various reasons.
