Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: VUR children under 1 year old. 800 cases were screened through the outpatient program of Nephrology and urology, include: 1. Voiding cystourethrography (VCUG) was performed after the first ftui; 2. Screening for fetal hydronephrosis: severe hydronephrosis (SFU III-IV), duplication of kidney with hydronephrosis, ureterocele, ureterectasis, bladder abnormalities were performed VCUG; 3. Children with VUR found by screening among relatives.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ureteropelvic junction stenosis; 2. Subjects with ureteral junction stenosis; 3. Subjects with ectopic ureteral orifice; 4. Subjects with megaureter; 5. Subjects with dysplastic kidney; 6. Subjects with abnormal echo of renal parenchyma; 7. Subjects with duplicated kidneys; 8. Subjects with horseshoe kidney and other malformations; 9. Subjects with chromosomal or other structural abnormalities were excluded.
