Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of KDIGO stage 5 of chronic kidney disease; 2. Patients with peritoneal dialysis as renal replacement therapy; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years; 4. Subjects with good general condition can take care of themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant, lactating women, female pregnancy test positive; 2. Patients with urine volume < 100ml / 24h; 3. Subjects with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, or known serious diseases (such as tumor or AIDS) affecting their survival, or mental or legal disabled patients; 4. Subjects with severe respiratory dysfunction should not be treated with hydrogen inhalation or need oxygen inhalation.
