14 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with keratoconus diagnosed in our hospital and treated with epithelial CXL. 2. All patients were in the progressive stage of primary keratoconus, and there was no obvious scar formation in the center of cornea; 3. Those patients who have no other eye diseases affecting vision; 4. Patients who are willing and able to follow up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with acute eye infection or other active eye diseases; 2. For those who stopped wearing hard contact lenses for less than 4 weeks before treatment, soft contact lenses stopped wearing for less than 2 weeks; 3. Subjects with drug allergy during treatment; 4. Patients with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and other systemic diseases; 5. Women who are pregnant or lactating or are about to get pregnant; 6. Patients who cannot understand or cooperate with this study.
