Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the time of admission, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was given to patients older than 18 years old and younger than 65 years old who had completed endotracheal intubation and given artificial respiration in the emergency department and ward after cardiac arrest, and the time of CARDIopulmonary resuscitation was more than 20 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with obvious congenital deformity of thorax. 2. Subjects with chest trauma. 3. Subjects with pulmonary edema during cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 4. Patients with cardiac arrest at the end of the disease or within the expected time of multiple organ failure. 5. Subjects who can't interpret the value of transcutaneous oxygen saturation during cardiopulmonary resuscitation, or patients whose transcutaneous oxygen saturation is less than 70%. 6. Patients whose PCE monitoring is not in the range of 20-60mmhg.
