65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects receiving painless colonoscopy; 2. Subjects over 65 years old; 3. Subjects with BMI of 18-30kg / m2; 4. ASA I - III subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with a history of allergy to drugs related to the project; 2. Subjects with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Patients with central nervous system diseases or mental disorders; 4. Patients with hyperalgesia or refractory cancer pain; 5. Subjects who refused to sign informed consent.
