Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of septic shock; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of ARDS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was younger than 18 years old; 2. Patients with previous severe cardiac insufficiency, acute myocardial infarction, heart valvular disease, arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, large area atelectasis and pulmonary embolism; 3. Femoral artery catheterization can not be performed.
