Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Colonoscopy as planned; 3. Informed consent with signature and date; 4. Promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart failure (NYC grade III or IV); 2. Recent acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris; 3. Uncontrolled hypertension; 4. Chronic kidney disease; 5. Suspected intestinal obstruction or perforation; 6. Before intestinal resection; 7. Gastroparesis; 8. Diarrhea more than 3 times a day; 9. Cirrhosis or ascites: 10. Pregnant or lactating women; 11. Those who have mental illness and cannot cooperate with the examination; 12. Allergic to bowel preparation drugs.
