Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. Patients diagnosed definitely as HF ,including 1) All the patients with new attack of HF: diagnosed as HF for the first time(unprecedented); 2) Acute attack of chronic HF: diagnosed as HF before, and hospitalized for worsening HF this time; 3) Patients with HF during hospitalization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose medical record cannot be collected; 2. Patients who were not admitted.
