Surgical treatment of Urologic Diseases

Interventions

Group R:anesthesia induction with (0.2-0.3)mg/kg remimazolam and maintenance with (1-2)mg/kg/h remimazolam
Group P:anesthesia induction with (2-3)mg/kg propofol and maintenance with (4-10)mg/kg/h propofol

18 Years to 84 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled to undergo urologic surgery; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification system risk class I-III; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m2; 4. Aged 18-84 years; 5. Patient was voluntary to participate in the trial and signed the informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or breast-feeding women and persons with fertility plan in 3 months; 2) Patients with a significant respiratory/circulatory dysfunction or obvious abnormal of blood/biochemical Indexes; 3) Patients with psychiatric disorders; 4) Patients have taken benzodiazepine or opioid medicine within 1 months; 5) Allergy or contraindication to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, flumazenil, nalmefene and their components; 6) Expected difficult airway
