48 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Anterior circulation ischemic stroke attacked one month to two years before admission; 3. Unilateral limb dyskinesia (paretic side muscle strength level is III or above); 4. Sign the informed consent, and agree to complete follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 80 years; 2. Major operation history one week before admission; 3. Acute coronary events occurred within 3 months before and after stroke; 4. Gastrointestinal hemorrhage or other serious bleeding diseases within one month; 5. Complications including coagulation disorders, mental disorders, pregnant women; 6. Other situations that not suitable to participate in the experiment.
