49 Years to 108 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Absence of impaired consciousness, serious organic diseases, and major digestive tract diseases; 2) no history of trauma or surgery in the last 2 years; 3) no history of treatment with antibiotics, acid inhibitors, laxatives, probiotics, prebiotics, or other drugs that mayaffect gut microbes in the 3-month period immediately preceding the sample collection; 4) no other anus disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) results of health examination do not qualify the health criteria; 2) Refusal of patients or their families to cooperate.
