Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing unilateral primary joint arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients scheduled for simultaneous bilateral joint arthroplasty, revision as well as patients with allergies to any of the trial drugs, renal insufficiency, regular narcotic use, or diabetes.
