Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. patients with renal neoplasm scheduled for nephron-sparing surgery estimated by the urologist; 3. sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant; 2. urinary system deformity; 3. renal dysfunction; 4. unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis; 5. complicated with serious cardio- or cerebrovascular disease; 6. complicated with severe hypotension (<= 90/50mmHg); 7. complicated with severe hepatic dysfunction; 8. taking other drugs during treatment which may influence pharmacodynamics of tadalafil, such as nitrate drugs, CYP3A4 inhibitor or agonist, sildenafil, etc..
