Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All Peutz-Jeghers syndrome patients (carriers of germline LKB1/STK11 gene mutations); 2. All germline CDKN2A mutation carriers; carrying germline BRCA2, BRCA1, PALB2, ATM, MLH1, MSH2 or MSH6 gene mutations, and At least one first-degree relative suffering from pancreatic cancer; 3. Familial pancreatic cancer: at least one first-degree relative suffering from pancreatic cancer, and at the same time the relative also has a first-degree relative suffering from pancreatic cancer; 4. Lynch syndrome, one Family members of pancreatic cancer; 5. hereditary pancreatitis, carrying PRSS1 gene mutation, 40 years old; 6. familial atypical nevi melanoma carrying CDKN2A gene mutation and a family member of pancreatic cancer; 7. ataxia-telangiectasia carrying ATM gene mutation And a family member of pancreatic cancer; 8. new diabetes; 9. obesity (BMI > 28); 10. discharge diagnosis as acute pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis; discharge diagnosis as pancreatic serous cystadenoma, mucinous cystic tumor, and Pseudopapillary tumor, intraductal papillary mucinous tumor, pancreatic cystic lesions; discharge diagnosis including pancreatic duct dilatation; 11. informed consent. Where 1-11 meets one item.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy is less than 1 month; 2. Severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney insufficiency, or severe hemorrhagic disease, severe coagulation dysfunction, or local/systemic infection; 3. Women who plan to become pregnant or are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Do not agree to participate in the research; 5. Those who do not cooperate with the researcher.
