Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome were met; 2. The age ranged from 18 to 75 years old; 3. They are willing to obey the doctor's treatment plan and cooperate with the follow-up, and sign the informed consent form; 4. According to abdominal obesity: waist circumference >= 90cm in male and 85CM in female; or BIM >= 25kg / m2; 5. Patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency, dampness and blood stasis syndrome; 6. Blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid and other medical treatment program stable for more than 2 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency (serum creatinine clearance rate = 2.5 times normal upper limit, total bilirubin >= 1.5 times normal upper limit; chronic heart failure, cardiac function grade III and above); 2. Malignant tumor patients; 3. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in recent half a year; 4. Patients with acute infection; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with mental illness can not understand the nature, scope and possible results of the study or fail to comply with medical advice; 7. Those who are participating in other similar interventions; 8. Secondary dyslipidemia, blood pressure and blood glucose were found; 9. Type 1 diabetes mellitus; 10. Patients with vitiligo, or allergic to light; patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; taking glucocorticoids, contraceptives, weight loss drugs and other drugs that affect body weight.
