18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complete or incomplete staghorn type and cast type of multiple renal calculi, whose diameter was more than 2.5cm, were diagnosed by urinary CT; 2. All operations were performed by the same surgeon; 3. Patients who can keep in touch at any time; 4. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 2. Patients with more basic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes and heart disease; 3. Patients with severe urinary tract infection (urinary leukocyte 4 +); 4. Patients with renal atrophy; 5. Women who are pregnant, breast-feeding or planning pregnancy; 6. Patients undergoing other clinical studies.
