Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: neonates with thoracoscopic reconstruction of esophagus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe aspiration pneumonia need oxygen therapy before operation; 2.Very low birth weight (<1.5 kg); 3.Preoperative assessment of cardiopulmonary function, Can not tolerate OLV; 4.Non-III esophageal atresia; 5.Oesophageal tracheostomy was located near the protuberance; 6.The family of the child refused.
