20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) American Association of Anesthesiologists ASA < III; (2) Aged 20-40 years; (3) Women who have undergone vaginal delivery or cesarean section under intraspinal anesthesia and accidental puncture of the dura pregnant; (4) BMI 18.5-35 kg/m2; (5) heart, liver, kidney, blood are all within the normal range; (6) Obtain informed consent according to GCP regulations and take the test volunta.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Primary diseases , such as hyperthyroidism, cardiopulmonary disease, insulin-treated diabetes and neuromuscular disease; (2) Mental or physical disabilities; (3) Suspected or true history of alcohol or drug abuse; (4) Allergic physique such as those with a history of allergies to two or more drugs or foods, or known allergies to aminophylline and colloidal fluids; (5) Contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia; (6) Smoking history; (7) History of chronic headache or PDPH; (8) Active peptic ulcer; (9) Uncontrolled convulsions.
