18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 45; 2. Definite diagnosis of coronary heart disease; 3. NYHA cardiac function grade >= III and/or LVEF <= 40%; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major gastrointestinal surgery (including cholecystectomy and appendectomy) within 3 years; 2. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or colitis; 3. Acute gastroenteritis; 4. Infection with Clostridium difficile (recurrent) or helicobacter pylori; 5. Persistent or chronic diarrhea; 6. Chronic constipation; 7. Peptic ulcer; 8. Stomach or intestinal polyps; 9. Digestive tract tumor; 10. Irritable bowel syndrome; 11. Acute and chronic cholecystitis and hepatitis; 12. Use antibiotics and probiotics in the last 3 months; 13. End-stage diseases (life expectancy shorter than 6 months); 14. Failure to provide informed consent (e.g. severe cognitive impairment); 15. Patients have been included in other ongoing clinical trials.
