Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Current smokers; 2. Smoking >10 cigarettes daily, And smoking > 5 years; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Exhale carbon monoxide test >= 6 ppm; 5. Willing to participate in this study, sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and lung dysfunction; 2. Received other smoking cessation treatment within 30 days; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Severe heart, lung, brain, and blood system diseases, including but not limited to patients with hypertension within 2 weeks after acute myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris, poor drug control; 5. Mental illness and drug addicts; 6. Other diseases or conditions judged by researchers to be unable to meet the requirements of the study.
