18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2.ASA I-II; 3.Scheduled for laparoscopic total or partial nephrectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI >= 28kg/m2; 2.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3.Allergy to any of the study drugs; 4.Coagulopathy; 5.Local infection at site of block insertion; 6.Recent use of opioid drugs; 7.Communication disorders.
