Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients scheduled for major noncardiac thoracic surgery (lung surgery, esophageal surgery and mediastinal surgery) from 2016 to 2019; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. At least one night hospital stay.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with arrhythmia before operation; 2. patients who had additional procedures at the same day with postoperative hemorrhage.
