Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fluent in Chinese; 2. 18 years of age or older; 3. With at least mild level of depression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Self-reported active suicidal ideation; 2. Self-reported lifetime diagnosis of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
