Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In June 2021, the intervention group included the premature infants (gestational age < 37 weeks) who were admitted to NICU in the mature stage of the project and were given invasive ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are congenital malformations, DIC, neonatal hemorrhage or genetic metabolic diseases in children, as well as unplanned discharge cases.
